We are a family owned and operated company. Owner, Ryan Nielsen, born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida, has been in the Audio Video business since 2004. First, starting out installing and troubleshooting satellite and dish networks for 3 years. After that went on to pre-wires and home theater installations at reputable AV companies. He then became an independent contractor where he worked predominantly on high-end Residential Communities and mastered Crestron Installations, Universal Remotes and troubleshooting. Ryan, lastly, spent 4 years engulfed in the Marine Industry servicing Super Mega-Yachts internationally. His expertise, honesty, and loyalty to his field makes his qualities and attributes unsurpassed.
